At Collections Etc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and gift purchases. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 60 days of the ship date for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Locate Your Packslip

  Find the original packing slip included with your shipment and complete the Return/Exchange form located on the back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Return Label

  Affix the pre-addressed return shipping label from your packing slip to the outside of your package; note that a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS or FedEx location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
